FAQ

FAQ

Reservations
Q

Can I make a reservation on the day of the party?

A

Yes, provided there is space, you can make an online reservation up to 2 hours before the event.

Q

Do I need a reservation? Can I attend the party without one?

A

Only those with complete reservations can attend. This is for balance reasons. If you show up without a reservation, you may be allowed in if the balance permits. If not, you will likely be turned away.

Q

What if I want to cancel?

A

You can cancel your reservation for free up to 72 hours in advance (e.g. for a 21:30 Friday night party, this would be 21:30, Tuesday night or earlier). If you cancel later than that time, or don't show up, you will incur a 3,000 yen fee

About Our Party
Q

Can I go with a friend?

A

Most of our guests come alone, but others want to bring friends too. As long as the friends are reserved, either way is fine.

Q

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

A

There is no dress code. We recommend making some effort to look reasonably stylish, as the ladies prefer this.

Q

How long do the events last?

A

The events last around an hour and a half and finish at or shortly after 23:00 (if starting at 21:30).

Q

How many people attend?

A

It varies by week and venue, but generally between 25-45 people total.

Q

Are there more women or men?

A

We want to have a close balance, but always err on the side of having more women. As a result, our average male:female ratio is around 4:5.

Q

What kind of people come?

A

A variety of people. Different men and women come every week. All of the men are non-Japanese, and all of the women are Japanese. However, everyone should be looking for a serious relationship.

Q

What are the ages?

A

This varies. Everyone must be at least 20 years old, but our guidelines state 23-43. The majority of men and women are in there late 20’s or 30’s, but we have plenty of people, both younger and older.

Q

Are there any additional costs?

A

No. There is only the party fee and, if applicable, cancellation fees. These are paid at reception. If you forget a pen, we sell them for 50 yen. That's it.

Q

Can I attend if I was previously married?

A

As long as you are no longer legally married, yes. You should be honest about this with the women, though.

Q

Can I attend if I have children?

A

If you are not legally married, yes. You should be honest about this with the women, though

The day of the Party
Q

What do I need to bring?

A

Some official ID (residence card, passport, military ID, or Japanese government-issued ID), a pen, and your attendance fee (exact, if possible). A bottle of water is also recommended, as you'll be doing a lot of talking.

Q

Are food and drinks available?

A

No. We don't allow food. Plastic-bottled, non-alcoholic drinks are permitted, but are not available for purchase at the party venue, unless stated otherwise.

Q

How do I pay the fee?

A

Any fees are paid at reception prior to entering the venue.

Q

When should I arrive?

A

The best time to arrive is typically around 21:15-21:20 for a 21:30 party. Please don't come too early, as we are always running separate events beforehand. Conversely, try not to be late as you are likely to miss out on speaking to some of the women if you are.

Q

Do you have anywhere to park?

A

Unfortunately not. You have to find somewhere yourself.

Q

What if I get lost?

A

Please feel free to call EXEO International (050-5804-0245). If you speak Japanese, you can call the EXEO Japan call center (050-5531-9451), who can give directions (in Japanese only). If you haven't been to the venue before, please research how to get there before leaving.

Q

After the Party

A

What should I do after the party if I become a couple with someone?
You leave the party together. After this, you can do whatever you both want!
